Data We Collect
The following personal data is collected to provide site services:
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, your name, email, and profile photo are read from your Google profile. This is used for session management and personalized content.
- Form submissions: When you submit the contact or live lesson request form, the name, email, phone, message, and preferences you provide are stored.
- Chatbot messages: Conversations with the AI assistant are processed transiently via the Groq API; they are not stored after the response is generated.
- Analytics: Vercel Analytics collects cookieless, non-identifying statistics such as page views, referrer source, and device type.

- Responding to contact inquiries and live lesson requests
- Personalized experience (session, progress, favorites)
- Improving content quality and site performance

Third-Party Service Providers
The following providers may access portions of your data as part of the technical infrastructure. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage. EU data center. (Privacy)
- Vercel — Site hosting and analytics. US/EU data centers. (Privacy)
- Google — OAuth sign-in and Google Fonts CDN. (Privacy)
- Groq — Language model API for the chatbot. Conversations are processed transiently and not stored. (Privacy)
- Resend — Transactional email delivery for form notifications. (Privacy)
Retention Period
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Form submissions are kept for up to 2 years after a response is sent, then deleted or anonymized. Chatbot conversations are not persistently stored.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights as a data subject:
- Learn which of your data is being processed and request a copy
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Object to processing and withdraw consent
- Receive your data in a structured format (data portability)
- Submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK)
